MARK R. WOLFE - is a partner with Wolfe, Begoun & Pick, LLC where he maintains a general civil practice with an emphasis in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, medical negligence litigation, and business litigation. Mr. Wolfe serves as general counsel for several local physicians.
Mr. Wolfe earned his undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia’s Henry Grady School of Journalism. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University in 1981, where he was a member of Loyola Law School Legal Clinic, St. Thomas Moore Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and served on Loyola Law School’s Honor Board from 1979-1981. He graduated from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Dallas, Texas in 1986.
Mr. Wolfe was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in October 1981 and is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana State Courts, United States, District Court (Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana), United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1988 and is admitted to practice in All Georgia State Courts and United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
In addition, Mr. Wolfe has served as an Assistant Louisiana State Bar Examiner - Torts from 1988 to present. He is a member of Louisiana State Bar Association, Gerogia State Bar Association, American Bar Association. He is a past member of the Board Governors of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association and past Legislative Key Contact Person for the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Mr. Wolfe is a past winner of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America: Wiedemann-Wysocki Award for"Excellence in the Practice of Law", has been a past selection to Who's Who of American Lawyers, a past New Orleans Pro Bono Project, "Super Pro Bono Pro" and has lectured frequently in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and trial practice.
Mr. Wolfe is married with three children and is a resident of Mandeville, Louisiana.
